Liz Alessandrello

1.    Who is Liz? 

Liz is an identical twin, a wife to an amazing husband and mum to 4 beautiful children who left a corporate career 8 years ago to pursue a business in Property Management.

Working for myself gives me a blend of work and play, fuelling my drive and passion in both areas. I truly believe that success can be achieved without sacrificing personal fulfillment!

2.    What is the number one lesson you've learned that you would share with your 12 year old self if you could?

The greatest lesson I have learned is how important it is to consciously choose the narratives we listen to. Acknowledge your fears, but don’t let them dominate your thoughts.

3.    What does wellbeing mean to you personally and how do you practice self-care/self-love?

Wellbeing to me is lots of things all wrapped into one! I love the mornings, and this is my time to exercise before anyone wakes. Eating a nutritious diet, catching up with friends for coffee each week and having strong family connections.

4.    How do you ensure you prioritise the time to focus on your wellness journey?

I get up at 5:30am use the gym and then walk the dog every day. During the week, I block out time in my work diary for coffee catch ups, lunch with my husband, a paddle board and recently fishing and golf.

5.    Who inspires you the most and why?

My parents inspire me because they were migrants who came to Australia with very little. They worked hard establishing their own business however they always found time every weekend for hiking, camping, fishing etc. They semi-retired at 40 and retired at 45.

6.    What does radiance mean to you?

Radiance to me is being confident and content with who you are. When you are comfortable with yourself your light shines brightly for everyone around you. 

7.    What is your favourite FRII[S]MITH product and why do you love it?

The serum is my favourite as this is incredible for my skin. My skin feels amazing.
