1. Who is Natasha?I spent most of my life in a corporate environment, having originally trained as a lawyer before moving into IT consultancy and project management, then more recently into team leadership. Running in parallel with my career I developed my passion for health and wellbeing through practicing yoga and reiki, and adopting good nutrition. I also became interested in Buddhism and have been practicing for over 20 years now. Every day for me starts with meditation and wishes for a useful life. In recent months I have paused my career in order to re-awaken my creativity and I'm currently focussing on writing poetry and prose which has been an amazing journey.
2. What is the number one lesson you've learned that you would share with your 12 year old self if you could?
Try to be more relaxed, see the good qualities in others and enjoy what's happening around you!
3. What does wellbeing mean to you personally and how do you practice self-care/self-love?
For me, wellbeing is all about taking care of the body, speech and mind so that they can be useful tools for helping others. I find that meditation is the best method for calming the mind and helping to give space from emotions, so that we can make choices about how we act or speak before jumping in and doing things in a way that is not so skilful.
4. How do you ensure you prioritise the time to focus on your wellness journey?
Firstly, I like to make sure that my meditation is the first thing I do when I roll out of bed in the morning. I also make time to take long walks with my dog and eat healthily by incorporating lots of vegetables into my meals. I've come to realise that I can't be helpful to others if I’m not taking care of myself.
5. Who inspires you the most and why?
Actually my Buddhist teacher is a pretty amazing guy! He inspires me because he is a great example to others on how to live a meaningful life and really be useful to others.
6. What does radiance mean to you?
Radiance means we shine from within; when we bring our best qualities to the world we can be confident in ourselves and share the best of what we have with others.
7. What is your favourite FS product and why do you love it?
Oooh, tough question I love the whole range! Is it a cheat to say how I don't like to go a day without using the day serum and moisturiser? Power combo!
